The Bigger Picture: A Holistic Heart Revolution

Heart disease isn’t just physical—it’s tied to stress, poor sleep, diabetes, and even mRNA vaccine risks like myocarditis. Atherosclerosis builds silently until it’s too late; natural cardiology listens deeply, blending science, spirit, and compassion.

  • Beyond Cholesterol: Stress and high blood sugar poison endothelium; CO₂, hydrogen, and bicarbonate play hidden roles in vessel health.
  • Global Epidemic Alert: Rising in youth due to obesity and toxins—prevention is urgent for all ages.
  • Personal Power: From my own brush with death, this path offers independence from Big Pharma’s narrative. Takeaway: The revolution begins with you—true medicine cures, it doesn’t just manage.

Magnesium Deficiencies and Heart Health

In the past 20 years, a large number of epidemiological studies, randomized controlled trials, and meta-analyses have found an inverse relationship between magnesium intake or serum magnesium and cardiovascular disease, indicating that low magnesium status is associated with hypertension, coronary artery calcification, stroke, ischemic heart disease, atrial fibrillation, heart failure, and cardiac mortality. The extra bad news is that magnesium deficiencies are getting worse.

Controlled metabolic unit human depletion–repletion experiments found that a mild or moderate magnesium deficiency can cause physiological and metabolic changes that respond to magnesium supplementation, indicating that these deficiencies, or chronic latent magnesium deficiency, are contributing factors in the occurrence and severity of cardiovascular disease. Mechanisms through which a mild or moderate magnesium deficiency can contribute to this risk include inflammatory stress, oxidative stress, dyslipidemia and deranged lipid metabolism, endothelial dysfunction, and dysregulation of cellular ion channels, transporters, and signaling.

Magnesium deficiency is widespread, resulting from chronic stress, certain medications, and reduced mineral content in modern diets.

Higher magnesium intake is associated with lower risk of diabetes, metabolic syndrome, hypertension, and cardiovascular disease.

Magnesium exerts a calming effect on the nervous system, functioning as a natural neuromodulator and “anti-stress” mineral.

From Blocked Arteries to Freedom Without Stents

Cyclodextrins to extract cholesterol from arterial plaque.
Magnesium to melt calcium deposits and balance insulin.
PPC (polyenyl phosphatidylcholine) to restore membrane flexibility.
Nattokinase for dissolving fibrin clots.
L-Arginine to flood the endothelium with nitric oxide.
Hydrogen and CO₂ inhalation for oxygenation and vascular tone.

The Holy Medical Trifecta: Cyclodextrins, PPC, and Magnesium For Myocarditis and Vascular Disease

Regarding heart and vascular disease, we have a “Sacred Triad of Medicines that should replace statin medicines.  cyclodextrins and magnesium, PPC (polyenylphosphatidylcholine).

PPC in my core protocol of essential nutrients that promote cellular health, longevity, and recovery—Much like magnesium,, PPC plays a central role in maintaining cell membrane fluidity, including within mitochondrial membranes.Overall, PPC is a valuable addition for those seeking to optimize cellular function and support long-term health.
